During opening statements at today’s House Energy & Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight & Investigations hearing about the U.S. response to #Ebola, Democrats on the committee already seem to have identified one of the culprits: Funding.

Democrat Rep. Diana DeGette of Colorado was first:

Democrat claims that the problem exists because the GOP cut Ebola funding have been thoroughly debunked, but that didn&8217;t stop California Rep. #Henry Waxman from also blaming “funding cuts” for increasing the Ebola threat:
